Daniel Lacroix

Ever since he moved to La Borne in 1995, Daniel Lacroix’s approach has revolved around the act of reflecting the human being in society. A manual approach, no matter how intense, generates an emotional charge through a work of art. The created object generates the human part, as if it were impossible to escape from who you really are. Daniel is attached to textures and forms, and works with clay and other materials as the artistic situation requires it. From the moment it promotes the diversity that is the basis of his approach. But it is also the first step towards answering the question “What is art” that is written on the wall of his workshop.
