Between 22 and 30 October, come and discover the true spirit of La Borne, the diversity of traditional and contemporary, sculptural and utilitarian ceramics. Benefit from this local life force, from the generosity of the ceramists united around a meaningful objective – to experience earth and fire.
For this eighth annual “Grands Feux”, the Ceramics Association of La Borne (ACLB) and the Contemporary Ceramics Centre of La Borne (CCCLB) are showcasing the commitment of the ceramics community to the issues of creation, production and transmission. More than ever, the Grands Feux 2022 will allow access to the rituals surrounding working and firing with clay. The event is designed as a space for sharing which is open to the public. The tour will include access to fifteen or so workshops, exhibitions, performances, conferences and practical workshops for children and adults alike.
